  • ADVANCED WET WEATHER BASICS
  • ADVANCED RACE STRATEGIES
  • STARTING TECHNIQUES (INCLUDING SIMULATED RACE STARTS)
  • OVERTAKING TRICKS SPECIFIC TO EASTERN CREEK
  • DOMINATING THE KEY CORNERS AT EASTERN CREEK SHORT TRACK
  • Coaches with you on track and debriefing after sessions.
  • Understand the theory behind braking later and how it affects the kart
  • Ability to use the brakes to help turn the kart and maximise corner speed
  • Understand how and when to use early and late apexes
  • Understand how and when to use the throttle early and late effectively
  • Ability to use data and video to better assess your own driving
  • Recommendations for wet, intermediate vs dry kart setup
  • Knowledge of the key corners on the ‘short track’ for fastest laps
  • Knowledge on the key corners to overtake and how to set up for them
  • Winning strategies for individual races and entire race meets
  • Have a lot of fun and make new friends!!!
  1. Decide that you want to improve!
  2. Have your own kart and safety equipment
  3. Have Data Loggers (eg. Alfano or Mychron) and GoPro highly recommended but not essential
  4. A Karting NSW License and Club Membership
  5. Decide which dates you can attend
